Introducing Momentum
MOMENTUM » Devlog

Hello everyone! 👋
I’m excited to share the early stages of my latest indie project—Momentum. It's a physics-based puzzle-platformer where you control a cube that can roll across all surfaces: floors, walls, and ceilings. The mechanic is inspired by classic games like EDGE, but reimagined through a dynamic movement system and perspective-based camera.
🎯 Why I’m Making This
A couple month ago, I prototyped this concept and shared it on LinkedIn—it got over 50,000 views, hundreds of likes, and a flood of encouragement to continue. That energy really motivated me to develop a playable demo, and now I’m around 70% finished.
Momentum focuses on:
- Elegant, surface-based movement
- Short, smart puzzle levels (1–2 minutes each)
- A minimalist abstract art style
🚀 What’s Coming
The first demo will include 10 levels (roughly 20–30 mins of gameplay)
🙌 How You Can Help Me
I’m building this solo, and your feedback will directly help shape the next stages. Thanks for being here early—it means a lot.
- Play the demo when it’s live
- Share your feedback—level balance, clarity, control feel
- Let me know if you’d play a premium full version
