This project is our love letter to story-driven, mystery-heavy games — especially those that dare to explore the subconscious. If you're into psychological thrillers, surreal worlds, and narrative-driven third-person experiences, you're in the right place.

What kind of game is The Lost Frame?

It’s a third-person action-adventure with puzzle and mystery elements, deeply focused on the mind of the protagonist — a detective suffering from memory loss. The player navigates surreal dreamscapes during experimental therapy sessions, slowly uncovering a story about trauma, identity, and the truth that refuses to stay buried.

We’ve been heavily inspired by games like Remedy’s Control and films like Inception — bold, layered narratives that blend worldbuilding, gameplay, and psychological tension. Our goal is to channel that energy into a unique indie experience that feels immersive, emotional, and haunting.

As a small international team of indie developers, The Lost Frame is both a creative challenge and a deeply personal project.

We love telling stories that go beyond surface-level action — stories that make players think, feel, and question what’s real. Creating something with emotional weight, narrative depth, and experimental gameplay has always been our dream.
